RAINBOW ABBY Rose Essential Oil can be used in various ways:

Skincare: 1 to 2 drops of the oil can be blended with 10ML of base oil or skin care products, enhancing skin absorption, lightening pigmentation, whitening, hydrating, nourishing the skin, and delaying aging.

Wet compress: 2-3 drops of the essential oil can be added to a wet towel, followed by a half-dry wringing and either a hot or cool compress for a relieving effect.

Massage: 2-3 drops of the essential oil can be blended with a base oil, then warmed up and massaged onto the face or body.

SPA: 6-8 drops of the essential oil can be mixed with the proper amount of vegetable oil, milk, or honey, then poured into a bathtub for a relaxing bath.

Aromatherapy: 5-6 drops of the essential oil can be added to a diffuser/humidifier to volatilize aromatic steam, promoting sleep.

Bath/Foot Bath: 8-10 drops of rose essential oil can be added to water at around 40°C, followed by a 15-20 minute soak, nourishing the body and providing a romantic rose aroma.

Hair care: 1 or 2 drops of rose essential oil can be blended with shampoo to increase hair brightness.

Purification: Around 15 drops of various essential oils can be blended in 100ml of water, then fixed in a spray bottle and shaken well for a room freshener.
